Loudspeaker and microphone not working after screen replacement

After breaking the screen some months ago, it was replaced today using this youtube guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfXaze8AS2o. Most of the phone works ok, but no sound from the loudspeaker, and the microhone doesnt work either. If a bluetooth is connected, its possible to do a call or recieve a call. If a BT isnt connected, itspossible to hear the other person only via the ear speaker, not the loudspeaker. And the other person cant hear me. The loudspeaker doesnt give any sound, f.ex receiving a SMS or for an incoming call. Have checked the microphone and loudspeakers connectors etc, by partially disassmbling the phone again, but it all seems to be good. This flex cable like this http://www.amazon.com/ePartSolution-Sony-Xperia-Switch-Volume-Button/dp/B00KITVFMU/ref=pd_sim_107_1/178-6856097-5672226?ie=UTF8&refRID=12M78A1W750BF1F7KJNS got a bit rough care under disassebling, but the side buttons works as they should. Help to find a solution would be appreciated

* contact your local Xperia care

* change the ribbons

Replacing the flexcable, same as the "ribbons" , will probably fix the problems. One is ordered
