Cannot pull down notification bar

Before upgrade firmware 5.1.1 via Sony PC Companion and again via OTA ,the notification bar cannot pull down.

I have tried factory reset ,but it 's same problem.

If you turn the phone sideways can you then pull it down as my initial thoughts are touch screen issue at the top

or and it may sound stupid but try using two fingers to swipe down as you may have enabled a feature

Yes, I can pull down when it rotate in horizontal(one finger). but I think my touch screen normal ,because I can pull down notification bar from the top screen after used application"Open Notification Bar"

i had same problem,

now i have to rotate my screen before i can pull down notification bar,

can anybody tell us what's cause this problem?

There were other threads on the same thing and most of them had hardware problems with touchscreen.

I have the same issue
@ first it was only the not working scroll down notification bar in portrait mode.
Then i kept rotating to use as work around.
Now the [back], [home], [recent apps] buttons also stopped working

But i checked my screen diagnosis which didn't show any issue on digitizer sensor on those particular areas.

Please let me know how this can be solved
