NFC not working

Well, my phone has just stopped recognizing tags and all NFc communication. I have done a test via Diagnostics and apparently it works, but when doing a service test, when it asks to put a tag for it to be read, it simply doesn't.

I have already done a SUS restore but everything is quite the same.

Any sugestions?

Are you using Tags with the device or NFC to another NFC device?

Are you getting an error message?

I use 2 original sony smart tags and a swr10 smartband. I tag them once a day usually. No, I dont receive any error message. Apparently the NFC recognition is working, but when I put any of the tags nearby, they are not read. Yesterday I tried to beam an image to a Z2 and it wasnt recognized either.

I booted it in safemode and didn't work either, but it has somehow started working again.
Perhaps the safemode boot helped.

That's great news, safemode disables every third party app on the device, so this sounds like an application was causing a problem at the time.

Whit the ladt Android update 7.1.1. Te Nfc stop works in the phones my headpones hometheater and tv works but my Phone not conect by nfc

Hi, I have trying to do as you mentioned above, I have booted up my phone at safe mode then turn on the NFC features at toggle button it turn back to disable as it mean unable to turn on.

If you have another solution please inform me. Thank you in advance.
