Voice cracking during call

My voice is cracking at other end during call. I think its after update to .270 version of lollipop. how can i get rid of it. can you help me.

I did pcc repair also but it worked fine for two hours then aginst the same problem. Now I have given the set to Sony's repair centre. Lets see what they do?

gave the set to sony service centre on June 04, 2015 for repairing and received back on June 11, 2015. It worked fine for 5 days till June 15, 2015 but suddenly since today morning the same voice cracking problem persisting. Can anybody help. I have tried booting in safe mode also but of no use.

I'm having the same problem with my z ultra after update to lollipop...any solution apart from reset.?

When I use earphone while calling or receiving there is no problem but when I use phone only then the person on the other side listens my voice broken in half second's interval..

xperia z ultra Call receiver can't hear me clearly during the call.

I am facing this issue since my upgradation to lollipop. Whenever I call to somebody, he/she can not hear me, although I hear him/her clearly. I have tested microphone as well; it is quite right.

I am really in trouble.

Waiting for someone to help me...............

What if you turn off

settings > call > microphone noise suppression

does this happen while on a regular call or a third party app?

Te reason for the "voice cracking" is because of this feature, i didnt had this problem untill i switched to "noise suppresion", but the short after swtiching it back to normal it all work perfectly!
