Home Screen rest after restart and while powering

Hello people,

first of excuse me for the english, I try my best to describe my problem

My problem is that my newly brought phone resets the home screen to its original everytime I start the phone. And when I power it up it also shows some sort of commercial video.

I bought the phone yetsreday from a shop, it was their Phone for the display, so it might be because of that, but I don't know how to turn it off.

I can costumize my screen and everytime it resets it to their original one with all the annoying widgets.

My search through the options went without a succes. I also tried resetting the whole phone, again, without succes.

I hope somebody is able to help me.
