Z3 compact registering to the network but can not make cals

Hi,

I own this model for almost one year. Today it disconected from the mobile networks and after conecting back it does not support the calling.

Whe I try to make call it says, mobile network unavailable, BUT I still use 4G for the data transfet and can do all thing on mobile internet of my provider.

Hi,

Have you been in contact with your network provider to see if there are any network errors for the moment? Do you have the possibility to try another SIM-card? Perhaps a SIM-card from another operator to see if same thing happens.

Hey, I have another SIM in my phone, works good. Going to get my sim changed.
