Stamina issues

Hi, I bought a D6633 on Tuesday and the phone updated itself as soon as I took it out of the box, so I have been on Android L almost all the time, the thing is, my phone lasts longer on normal mode than it does on stamina mode. I literally see 2 days on standby and almost 5 on normal mode.
What could be causing this behavior?

Try the following to reset stamina: first, make sure it is disabled. Then, go to settings-apps-all,scroll down to stamina. Tap on it,force stop and clear data. Restart the device.

Thanks, I'll do that and report back. Right now I'm on the road and @30% battery so, can't test much.

Does it affect stamina if I enable an app like whatsapp to pass trhough and get notifications? I use it a lot to work and need it to be updated on time, I've noticed that if I put whatsapp in the Extended Standby mode, I often do even get updates from the playstore so, kinda like it defeats the purpose of stamina (like it's not letting it work properly)

You can add exceptions,but it should also increase battery life (now it also depends how you use your device for example if you play lots of games,stamina won't improve too much the battery life).

Marking the issue as solved since your advice worked. Stamina now tells me that I can expect 5 days on standby... won't even make it due to my use lately (new phone, always doing something to it) but at least it's consistent to what others show as what it's to expect from stamina on 100% battery.. so thanks.
