topic problem importing contacts in Z Series

problem importing contacts

i put my vCard contacts in folder on my SD card then i try to import it into my z2 it imported it already but it keep showing in the notification area it still importing the contacts and i even can't cancel it is there away to fix that

If the contacts are already imported, try restarting your phone to get rid of this notification. I suggest that you rely on Google sync to back up/restore your contacts better than vCard back up.

Restart your phone > Create a new contacts file > try again.

how to restart my phone? and i had to use vCard because i import it from Nokia phone

Can't you restart your phone normally from Power button?

You can also press and hold power & volume up for 5 or so seconds to force shut down the phone.

its my first time with z2 so i dont know how to restart it with power button

should i got it for while or what

Press the power button > the screen will turn on > press and hold the power button for about 3 or 4 seconds > a pop menu will appear
