my z3 screen suddenly gone dark n i dunno what happened can somebody help me to solve this problem?

Press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times. It will turn off. Charge it for 1 hour and turn it on.

Proposed remedy from 'Moderator' Alexdon:

Press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times. It will turn off. Charge it for 1 hour and turn it on.

I tried this reported issue resolver, but it didn't work for me. Will Sony Tech Support please provide me with some options - thanks.
