screen recording error

Hi guy, how to solve this error, I tired to closed go goggle and others application but my issue can't solve. Any guy had a same problem? Thanks

The issue is when I make video call and follow by screen recorder, the error appear microphone it's running in others application.

That's an app issue, if you have let's say, a call recording app, and you Skype, people won't be able to hear you, that's down to the call recording app and Skype

Screen recording app uses the mic to record sound alond with the screen video, and the chatting program also uses the mic. Thus you get this error, mic being used by 2 applications at the same time.

I understand what are you mention to this picture, but this its not only one application I tired to do with screen recorder. By the way application doest not running while I'm using this application. Before post, I'm searching this problem and found Go Goggle to turn off. But in my case is doesn't work. Any idea?

At first time im using, is work very well, both voice can hear at the same time in video recoding, after that the second time to use its appear error like my picture. I'm trying to solve it by force stop all microphone, include camera and Video function, perhaps it's still fail.

I don't think he'll be able to access Skype in Safemode?

Not only Skype, all video call application I'm tired do as well. Problem is same. Now microphone to call only active.

That's because all video call apps use the mic.
You CANNOT screen record a video call whilst the mic is active.

Thanks All for the support detail and comment, My problem solve all ready. The screen Recorder while using the Video call , either one must use the earphone, then the screen recorder will functioning recording.

I had some issues in screenrecording. Itsaid failed To save recording but i downgraded the quality To HD from full HD and that solved the problem. Sadly i dont think it Will fix the mic problem but you could try
