topic Error messages in Z Series

Error messages

Hi today i'm getting 2 error messages pop up, twice so far, done a google search and nothing helpful comes back.

error messages are

"Unfortunately, com.qualcomm.qcrilmsgtunnel has stopped"

and

"Unfortunately, Enterprise Service has stopped"

Usually these error messages relate to my email account eg. Exchange services has stopped. but i have nothing on my device to do with enterprise service, not sure what it relates to.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

the 2nd one I'm unsure as I've not come across this - I have come across exchange service but not enterprise

thanks for the reply, i am truly baffled by enterprise services, it comes straight after the first message so i would have thought they might be linked?

Do i need to do anything to the phone or messaging storage?

Nor sure but you could try clearing data and cache for those service via settings then apps and then swipe to All then locate and open those services and clearing the mentioned items then reboot and test

Hi,

If Thommos suggestion does not help, could you try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if same error messages appear?
