Phone not displaying answer/ignore for incoming calls

Just about a week ago, my phone started to act up by not showing the option to answer or ignore incoming calls. I've tried restarting the phone and messing with setting but nothing. Anyone end having this problem?

This happens after the update or before?

I have not had the update to lollipop yet.

In that case try to do this to see if it will help.

Go to Settings > Personalisation > Manage notifications and tap on the 'All' tab.

look for InCallUI and check if the checkbox is tick.

After that should work properly.
