Video streaming issue after lollipop update

While playing a video in YouTube and Facebook I'm getting an error. Has anyone experienced it? This is all after updating to 5.0.2. I also did a factory reset after the update But I still get the error. Can some o

ne help me?

Hi NK9,

I'm not sure if this is a app or phone problem, But mine works fine.

I may suggest you to try uninstall the FB app update and reboot the phone to see if there is similar issues; you may also want to try to reupdate aswell just incase there is some damage files being downloaded during the udate may cause this.

Alternatively, you may wish to contact FB app developer directly to address this issue or to work on a patch with the Email address below.

Does this happen both on mobile data and WiFi?

For mobile data, try removing proxy/port from your APN under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names.

It's not just the app, video playback is not working even in Web browsers. And I have tried both WiFi and mobile data.

After booting into safe mode it work and back in normal mode also start to work fine, I don't know what happened but thanks for you help.
