Hi everybody, I'm from Argentina and recently bought this phone. However, during the call voice the other person doesn't hear me well. I don't know if this is a microphone problem as when I turn on the loudspeaker everything is okay. When I send voice messages there are no problems neither, only during the phone call (if the loudspeaker is off).

Any kind of solution? Thank you!

I've already called my region agent but couldn't solve my problem (the only solution they gave me was a hardware update), and that's why I came here. Really don't know how I could solve this. Any advice would be most welcome.

Regards.
