Change your icons!

Hi Sony, 🐵 I really like my Z3. It's the first Sony Android phone I've owned, so well done!

However there is a problem or two you need to sort out. One being your icons. Please please change them! They are so ugly compared to your competitors! Maybe a new flat design?
I'll leave that one to you!

Oh and your keyboard .....a lot.

Are you aware that you can use a different theme and/or home launcher?

Yes I'm aware but themes do not seem to change the icons and I like the stock Sony launcher so don't really want to change that.

My understanding is that Sony launcher's icons are the same to the icons you will get with a nexus device, in other words whatever the app developer create.

I'm talking about the icons for walkman, SMS, phone dialer etc. Sony apps.

ok, that's a preference I supposed, I'm ok with the walkman icon, PS, movies and album, but at the end of the day its up to the user, a new design could be welcome by some and rejected by others, but do contact Sony directly

I'm guessing that when they roll out Lollipop, they're going to have redesigned the icons for the Sony apps to better fit in with the material design.

But that's just a guess.

Remember that it's only over the last few weeks that Google themselves applied material design to their own app icons.
