Xperia Keyboard - cloud sync problem

Hello and happy new year my friends!

I'm trying to sync my keyboard but everytime I get the "could not sign in" message!
It's been two days now.. Is the server down or something?

"Could not sign in" is what I get, I'm trying for 3 days now, still nothing!

No nothing! I tried to turn off sync on my Tablet Z and then back on again, it does the same thing! I also saw that the last time it synced was the 15th of December... so it must be down since then! Is anybody from Sony reading those messages?

Same problem here: I used to have a Z3 Compact, a Z Ultra, a Z2 Tablet and a Z3 Tablet Compact all of them with keyboard on cloud sync working...

Yesterday I logged out the keyoboard of the Z3 Compact and since then no way to log in again...

So (stupid) I logged out all other devices and now I can't manage to login none of them anymore 😞

@uliwooly I tried yesterday but nothing.. Do you use it? Have you tried to login? If not give it a try and you will see, it's not only me.

Of course, under settings navigate to "Language & input" then press the tool button next to the "Xperia™ keyboard" and then select the "Use my writing style". Try to enable "Backup and sync" and connect with your SEN account.

I can confirm it does not work,just tested even though I do not use the function.
