I was just wondering, do Sony take responsibility for any cracked screens? As my phone vibrated down from a small surface of less then 15 centimeters. I can't imagine an otherwise such high quality phone as the z3 would have such poor build quality, surely this must be a faulty model or something?
I mean dropping a phone onto the street or from your pockets that's really a fault wich the user have to take responsibility for, but this tiny fall my phone made from a little box on the floor falling onto my carpet "with a screen protector, quite expensive one at that", I can't help feeling this is on them not me?

This might be a silly question as I know most cracked screens is a matter of repair costs and / or completely exchanging the old cracked screen for a new one for a nifty price, but I can't be the only one this has happened to...does the warranty apply? Phone is less then a month old less then half a month even.

Thanks for replies, cheers.
Also I didn't really see the crack until three hours later, making me wonder if it really was the fall that made it crack or just a random freaky coincidence, just trying to be logical..
