      <title>Sony Camera numbering files</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have noticed that recently the camera has started backfilling file numbers, in other words, if I take some photos, then save them to the computer - then delete, it reuses that number, which confuses the computer. I'm sure that it used to just keep increasing them, till it got to 9999, then start over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's the sony camera, rather than the default Android one that I'm talking about. I've got the latest verison of the OS (as far as I know).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's how it was designed to work, I agree with you, it SHOULD NOT work like that, this is a work around, transfer all the pictures to your PC but do NOT delete the last picutre, that way, the next time you take a picture(s) it will be in order&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks! I guess I'd just never deleted the last one before, as I usually transfer them to the computer &amp;amp; also leave them on the phone until it's getting too full. But I did have a bit of a tidy up the other day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
