call and sound settings keep crashing

Soon after update i changed some settings in my call and sound settings. Since then I cannot get access to the call or sound settings, they keep crashing. Any suggestions?

Settings-apps-all-phone app and sound enhancements,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Thanks for the help, either I'm doing it wrong or its not working. Perhaps it would be best to backup to pc and do a factory reset?
