Loud Speaker

Hi guys I need some assistance on my Xperia Z1's loud speaker, the time I bought my phone early this the speaker was working just fine then just out of the blues it stopped playing music so loud, it's now Playing very low no matter how much you increase the volume and it's really horrible.
Note; I've done a software repair as I was advised by Sony support centre but it didn't seem to have helped me.
Any solutions I'll appreciate?

Has the phone been near water/rain or inside a pool?

It's been a month now and it's still playing the same, I tried to give it sometime at first thinking that maybe it's cause of water but I was wrong

You might want to take your phone to a Xperia Care center to get it evaluated

I've tried but they didn't help.
And the place where am in which is Zambia we only have Sony shops not support centers. Thanks

Hi I did a software update and the latest version which is 157 didn't seem to have solved my issue.

My guess is that in time the tiny holes that ensure waterproofing are blocked with fine dust particles or something because this symptom is manifesting on my phone after it gets into water and needs time to dry out. I have my z1 for 6 months and i didn't had any problems.

I don't know a method on how that speaker grill can be clean without losing waterproofing .
