how to disable demo mode

Please, I need to disable the DEMO mode on my phone. When charging the phone or I try to connect to the computer by cable, the Demo turns on and It resets my desktop settings. What do I do? No one has been able to give explanations about it, even in the place where I purchased the phone.

Hi, I am having the same problem to my xperia z ultra. I tried dialing *#73556673#*. But if I plug in the charger, it goes back to demo mode.

You might have a demo unit,so the code doesn't do anything.

The solution does not work on my new Z1. Every time I connect the charger it reverts to demo mode and deletes any photographs taken as well as removing home screen changes (except wallpaper and lock screen ones). I have tried the code many times but it is not working. Driving me nuts!!

If you have a demo unit,the code won't work. You have to replace the device.

based on both your posts, you already KNOW that you have a demo unit, so I don't understand why are you asking if its a Demo unit or not.
