restarting loop

Hi all,I am having a problem with my Xperia Z.... All was fine until I attempted to transfer contacts from my laptop to my phone..My phone is now in a constant restart loop... I can't turn phone off, I cant do anything,its just restarting all the time...It was fine til I installed the Sony PC Companion...

What can I do,any help or advice please ; (

How can I do that if phone is continuosly restarting?

Ok,it will continuously restart,the wavy colours appear on the screen then it will freeze then restart,I can't access the home screen or anything

SUS seems to have worked,I have my phone back...any idea what would cause this?

just one of those quirky glitches

just watch what you install on the phone - stick to standard apps and avoid antivirus - task killers - memory managers - battery managers etc you don't need them

Alright, so I too have the restarting loop, but I didn't notice it at first. I turned it off, then plugged my phone in thinking it would charge. It did not, it just restarts all the time, and it drained the battery. When it restarts, it just gets to the Sony emblem then dies for a few seconds. It's a 10-12 second loop. I can't turn it on, because it has no juice left. How would I fix this?

Xperia ZL, i bought it last summer, no real issues up until now, i generally avoid sketchy stuff :l idk what happened

Connect to wall socket,charge for 1 hour and repair via sony update service:
