Hi - I have struggled with this issue since I go my phone! When I send an email (with attachment) from my Z1 phone, the copy placed on the server (Virgin Media) never has the attachment itself. My email is set up using IMAP. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks.

Thank you uliwooly for your replies and suggestions.

It cannot be the first one as if I send the same attachment to myself (as opposed to another recipient) then I get the attachment so there is no limitation of size or file type.

The second suggestion sounds like the same problem. Maybe I do need to try changing my email client on the phone or perhaps change to using POP.

Your help is much appreciated!

Nothing I did made any difference to the issue - tried POP and a lot of other combinations of settings.

I have now installed K9 email client and so far, so good! I have sent an email with a picture to someone else and the copy that was kept on the server now has the attachment. I just need to get used to using K9.

Thanks for all help here!
