Phone rings even in silent mode and in vibrate mode

Whenever I get a call on my xperia z1 compact it rings even when phone is in silent mode. I even tried to it in vibrate mode, still the phone rings. So every time I want my phone to be in silent mode I have to put the airplane mode on. It's very irritating. Plz help me.

Do you experience the same behaviour if you boot your phone into safe mode and uses it in silence/vibration mode?

@hampus thank you very much for your reply. When I rebooted to safe mode it is working properly. So I deleted the profile software and then i tried. Now it is working properly. Thank you very much.
