It should work. At least if you mean MN2 model. It worked fine on Z1. Press and hold power button on smartwatch to set it into pair mode. Then open Settings / Bluetooth and search for devices. Pair with clock. It should display need for SmartWatch application download. After that it should work correctly.

Hi!

I have a smartwatch 1 and I've just acquired a Sony Xperia Z2. I want to pair them but it does not seem to be working... I searched the web trying to know if it's possible to have them "working" together, no answer...

I used my SW with my previous phone, a Sony Xperia P, it was working perfect.

What can I do? Do I have to give up on my SW?

Thanks for the answers,

Will8I8Am

Your best asking Xperia care as I can only say for sure that the SW2 works - I've never had the 1st watch so can't test http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Answer from Xperia Care

Hi!

First, thank you for your quick answers

I've asked Xperia Care Support and they took a long time to answer me...

They told me to simply reset my smartwatch (How to do so is on Sony FAQs) and then try to pair it again with my Z2. It worked perfectly...

Easy answer but it didn't cross my mind 😕

Thank you all!

To conclude, Sony SmartWatch 1 MN2 is perfectly compatible with Sony Xperia Z2.
