      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else having trouble with the Outlook App?&amp;nbsp; I keep having to reboot the phone to establish connection to sync the email.&amp;nbsp; I have it on push email and it worked fine with previous iteration of KitKat on Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This could be an app issue, try clearing the data for this app and then trying to use it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note: this will remove the current email address attached to it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Menu &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; Outlook app &amp;gt; Clear Data&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are having connection whilst trying to use the Outlook app, then yes, I would still suggest clearing the app data from this application.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
