Xperia z1 compact email problems

Hello, I've just joined the forum. I have a problem that appeared today. When I receive an email, I can see the text in the message header, but when I open the email it is completely blank.

All of my emails including those received before the problem appeared are blank as well.

I forwarded one of the blank emails to another phone (Samsung) and all the text snd pictures were visible.

Any help would be most welcome.

Which type of email account do you have in your phone? Is it a POP3, IMAP or ActiveSync?

Hi Alexander, it's pop3. However, the problem seems to have corrected itself. The next day when I opened each email the message body appeared.
Perhaps it was a problem with my email provider?
