So, recently I got message about the new update, Sony has released for my ohone, YAY, and so I downloaded it, just to find out that it is THE WORST EVER ...

Now my SD card is completely useless, as I can not move / download / record / copy or simply put I CAN NOT USE MY SD CARD AT ALL unless I root my device (which is impossible, as I checked, and in menu it says "rooting: NO"), so what now !?

and another problem, I found out that if I connect my phone to PC, now I can not even download files from my internal memory as it just "is not there" but if I open the location on my phone, there are files I am trying to find...

WHEN WILL SONY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CRAP !

Thx

Yes, I have, why ?

I suppose every SIM card has pin (but no password for memory or any restrictions of a kind that I made or installed)

Sorry, I did not have any password on the phone, and I am not quite sure where is that password on the phone if there is any, only PIN / PUK on the SIM card, not in the phone, and recently I purchased new phone, and got the same issue with 3 tested SD cards (new SD cards out of the box useless)

The password is set to the device (PIN/pattern/face unlock etc). So now you have a new Z and still problems?
