&lt;P&gt;Which network mode do you have your phone in? Go to settings &amp;gt; more &amp;gt; mobile network mode. Also check that mobile data traffic is enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As suggested above you can download Internet settings if you go to settings &amp;gt; Xperia or more depending on software version &amp;gt; Internet settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mobile Network State Disconnected</title>

      <description>Since I got my Sony xperia z I have not been able to connect to the internet via mobile data. I thought it was a problem with my network provider so I changed networks but the problem still persists. I have tried getting an APN from my network provider as suggested to me but the problem still persists. I checked my phone status and it say mobile network state disconnected and I am guessing this is the problem. Is there a way I can change this sate?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have exactly the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to download internet settings and press Accept nothing happens. In Settings&amp;gt;more&amp;gt; there is no Mobile Network Mode. Any other suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Don't know if it's exact the same problem, but I have the same symptoms. I was just playing with the options, I turned from LTE(preferred),wd...,GMS to the next option aboveand almost instantly turned it back to where it was. NOTHING helps, I reseted the whole phone back to factory settings, I reseted network settings, reseted apn settings, turned the phone off and on dozens of times. I also tried the SIM in another phone, its working fine. I also tried a different SIM in this phone, so hardware is working, the other SIM has mobile network: connected. This should not be possible, pls help</description>
