What to do? not working!

I was charging my phone this night and when I woke up, it wasn't working ... The screen is stopped and it shows that its still charging and so on! It doesn't work to try to turn it off, nothing is working! What to do ?? help ...

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to force a shut down on your unit by holding down the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for about 5-10 seconds? If yes, did you feel any vibration or similar?

Try to let the phone connected to a wall socket when you try this.

I get this problem as well. My Z1 gets to about 95% full batery and the scream will then turn on then stay on. After a while the phone will go black and I have to force power off then power on. After this phone works fine until I have to charge it again.

My Xperia z stopped work suddenly have tried pressing d volume button for 5s but d problem still remains d same even a repairer can't fix it pls some help me what might b wrong

hi! my sony xperia z phone is not working it was 35% i just placed it on my bed but when i checked it again it just blacked out. i tried to turn it on but no response and even the red led light didn't appeared. now i'm currently charging it but still the red led light didn't appear and now i tried holding the power button together with the volume up (+) it vibrated but still black out and i don't know what to do. can someone please help me
