Why iam not receiving software update notification in the update centre even if i refresh it?! And when i launch pcc i find the new version and start updating. I want to receive notification so i can update the software via wireless not via pcc only

Probably because it wasn't or hasn't yet been released as OTA update (Over the air)

OTA is what you said - A wireless notification - To update over the internet without the need for PC Companion

Since i bought the phone i didn't get any software update notification since 14.2.A.1.114 i updated via pcc all the new versions not via wireless

But how all those versions wasn't upgradable via OTA?

It sometimes depends on the size and type of update - Other than that I have no idea

Even if update is huge in size.and could not be updated via OTA then also one recieve notification saying that please update by connecting to PC
