Unable to unlock the phone (XPERIA Z)

Hi,

I can`t unlock my phone with pressing on power button. I have tryed several times and screen doesn`t power on. Phone is in ˝stand by˝ mode (it is not turned off or something else). I have also called myself from other phone and phone reacts like a call is comming, but screen still doesn`t light. If I press on the volume buttons, I can hear how the sound is regulating.

What should I do?

Press power button+volume up together until the phone vibrates,it should force restart.

Thank you! Now I have restarted my phone and everything works normaly. Should I formate my phone to factory settings? I have my phone 1 year now and day after day I have more problems with it

You could,especially if you used many apps and maybe task killers or phone optimizers.Go for SUS and a software repair:
