Z1 Compact shows error for every file when syncing on Bridge for Mac

No matter what file (music, picture or video) or where they are from I can't put anything onto my phone from my mac it just says error for every single file. Any solutions?

I am using Bridge I said in the question and every file that I try to move says error

No worries and I found the solution. My phone was in Media transfer mode so I put it into Mass Storange mode by going into settings-> xperia connectivity->usb connection and changed to Mass Storage mode then it allowed me to add anything

Hi Christophtaylor94,

I'm glad you found a solution, but it definitely should work in MTP mode as well. You can try restarting your phone, and wait for a couple of minutes and remove and reinsert your SD card as well. If that doesn't work we can further investigate it with error logs etc.
