xperia z tethering

Anytime i use my xperia z's tethering, it works fine until i receive a call then the internet service goes off. it however comes back after the call has ended. it used not to behave this way until recently when i upgraded the system software. previously i could use the internet on my laptop and receive calls too at the same time without the internet going off. any help? thanks.

are you sure ?? internet still connected when you are on call!!! , i dont think so

since you are saying it was doing fine before then , you can try to reset to factory settings and see

is it you are using USB tethering or Bluetooth tethering??

Hi,

Make sure that you are connected to a 3G or a 4G network. If you are connect to a 2G network the phone will not be able to hold on to the Internet connection.

If you are connected to 3G or 4G network I suggest that you first of all turn off your phone. Remove the SIM card for a while and put it back in. Start the phone and try again.

If the behavior still persists I suggest that you try with another SIM card.
