Charging connection problems

Hi,

When attemting to charge my Z1 (c6903 android 4.3) via either wall or usb charger it will not display charging or actually charge. I have to power of and volume up to get it to detect a conneection. This is not practical to do eveerytime I want to charge it.

I have tried factory reset and it is fully updated. I also tried using Sony update service but it fails to download updates. Any sugestions?

How about if you try with PC companion?

That worked on another PC and for wall sockets. Still got one PC to go, probably just USB drivers. I'll play around with them

Worked on all computers but one. That one is probably my fault as I've played with the usb settings.
