Videos dont work

Helly everyone.
As the title says, since yesterday i cant play any videos on my phone anymore. I cant play YouTube videos, the internal video player doesnt play videos and I also tried the MX Player. somehow i cant play any video...i hope someone out there can help me

Boot your phone in safe mode,see if you can play videos with the default app:

Strange,can you download bs player or vlc to see how it goes?

Since the problem still persists in safe mode I would suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

Thanks, it already fixed it by itself... I dont know what was wrong but now it works just as before
