      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Just got back from the tmobile store. Got a Z1s. First off, what a beautiful phone. Smooth as can be. I only have one issue, and it has to do with Bridge. I would like to transfer my music from my computer to my phone but it says that I have no device connected. I tried resetting my phone, uninstalling&amp;nbsp; and reinstalling the program and nothing seems to work. I am running Apple OSX 10.9.1. Any tips? Thanks for reading.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First try letting the phone stay connected for a few minutes. It might take a while to get a connection the first time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, try restarting the phone, computer and try another USB-port. I recommend that you don't use any USB-hub.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you still don't get any connection with Bridge for Mac, could you try if it works with this software?&lt;/P&gt;
