Album problem

Hi,

when I enter album, I have grey squares instead of some fotos (on sdcard) and some original images (on phone). Squares on some are full on some 80% of picture.

On some images insted of tme theres something like two piramyds.

Xperia Z1, C6902, android 4.2.2

Help please

If I open image with is 60-80% grey (only top of the picture is visible) so when I open it, in few seconds it fills to 100% so pic is just grey square.

Try go Setting>Apps>ALL>Album>Clear data see can solve or not.

That generally implies that you have a corrupt SD Card. If you connect the phone to a PC can you copy and view the images?

Hi thx for answering, when I copied corrupted files to pc they were the same as on the phone (corrupted).

Unfortunately in this case it may be worth looking at getting a replacement SD Card.

Hi,

I have this problem too. But some pictures are grey when i copy to internal storage. When I copy photos to PC, photos are all right. Sd card is O.K. Problen is in Album version. In the previous version ( fw 4.2.2) This issue was not.

Can you help me with this?

Somewhere I can download the previous version?

Try this: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Album > Clear Data.

I've done it. Even the factory settings. Nothing helped.
