I tried to update by PC Companion but it won't work, then tried with SUS the software file downloaded but when I installing the software it stucked and shows Installation failed.

Make sure that programs is running freely from the firewall and without proxy.

You can also try to disable your antivirus while running the update on your PC.

If the problem persists I suggest that you try to update your phone on another computer.
