Ok, I see it, the time on the notification bar its different than on the widget, do you have a taskiller? task manager? antivirus? battery app? this could be creating this issue

нету, это происходит на чистой прошивке, без установленных программ, только стоковые

я все это проделал и не раз, через SUS обновлялся, делал полный сброс через SUS, не помогает:smileycry:
