i bought new xperia z1 on 28-01-2014 after updating it from android version 4.2.2 to new android 4.3 version after update my walkmen player is not working properly . there is a function called as sound enhancement after clicking it there is settings where we can select 3D surround sound but this sound enhancement is not working it shows a message that unfortunately sound enhancement has stopped .

please sony rectify this issue asap.

This is an issue that can be fixed by reinstalling the software with PC companion or sony update service.
