Phone scratch Problem

I got so many scratches on back and front does Sony could fix them ? ( I didn't remove the shatter and scratch resistant ) but I also didn't put the ASF also , so this scratch are basically in that protector which has the Sony logo ! And I don't like to miss that logo , ... Does will Sony help about this problem ?

I just read about the front and how to replace the protector , but now , It's appear on the back !

The Xperia Z1 has a pre-installed ASF (anti-shatter film) in some markets/countries the box include a scratch resistant film.

If the ASF is damaged there's no way to replace it, the ASF is not sold separately, you will have to buy a new digitizer or get Sony to replace it.

Mine was in the box but I didn't install that ... So the ASF, I really got depress , shame on u Sony , some users like me have no idea about our premium wares ...

I got scratches and I 'm going to buy an ASF to protect my protector .... heh ... ( how pathetic ... )

if the scratched its not that bad you can apply the scratch resistant film on top and that might hide the scratch

Replace the ASF

Hi, I wonder if there's some way I can replace my ASF, because I got just a week with my Xperia Z1 and it already looks like a one year old phone. I can´t belive that the ASF are that delicate, and if you know it already, you should give an aditional screen and back protector, because it is annoying a back and a screen full of scratches. I love this phone, but it looks awful like this, that is a bad thing for Sony too, and I don´t mind (well, I Do mind because I already pay a lot for this phone) pay for an ASF replacement and of course to buy and aditional protection for the front and back ASF, so it can look gorgeous again. You shold put a warning on the Box "Scratches Magnet, Buy and set a screen and back protector before use".

P.S. I´m from México, summarizing, can I buy a new ASF and set it myself? Can I take it to my Sony Support Center and pay for a new ASF? .Kind Regards!
