Walkman Bluetooth issue with car radio

So my xperia z1 was working fine for a while, i listened some music over bluetooth on my Pioneer car radio and it was working fine, but one day i tried the same and the music plays on the phone speaker instead of my car speaker, even if my radio and the phone are fully paired to each other. I can make and receive call over bluetooth and it sound on the car speaker, but the music wont, i tried on a wifi Pioneer sound system at home and it worked perfectly and my girlfriend iphone work fine too on my car radio over bluetooth... What could be the problem?

It would be worth removing the car stereo from the paired devices on the phone and if possible reset the car stereo and then repair the two.

Well i dont know why, but instead of playing walkman app on the csr radio, i played TuneIn station and it worked, i went back to the walkman app and now it is working as it should be... Thanks anyway Sam
