Permanently deleting photos from Xperia Z

Hi all,

I badly need your help.

I have an Xperia Z that keeps telling me to free up space by transferring things onto the SD card. Some of the content I have on the internal memory I nolonger need and I have deleted.

I have also transferred the photos to my SD card to make space.

I have discovered however that the photos and videos I have been deleting come back after sometime into the Album and therefore keep taking up my space. Can someone please inform me on how I can permanently delete these items?

As a guess though, the data is probably being copied back over due to the mobile syncronising itself with some type of online storage host - google?
