Please correct me if I have misinterpreted your question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing that might do the trick in order to start the phone up is to force a restart of the phone by pressing and holding the power-key and the volume up-key simultaneously for ten to fifteen seconds or until the phone vibrates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If a forced restart procedure as described above doesn't succeed in turning on your device, you should try another kind of forced restart - the two-minute restart procedure using the steps below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the SIM and/or memory card slot cover.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Using the tip of a pen or similar object, press and hold down the small OFF button (generally indicated by the text "OFF") for 120 seconds (ignoring any vibrations), and then release the OFF button.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Charge the device until a charging icon appears on the screen.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn on your device.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try these measures and let me know how it goes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
