Continously Restarting on sim insert

When i am using my xperia z5 in normal mode it giving promt notification as sim card card and restarting the phone continously.

But device is working normal in safe mode. That means no hardware issue.

Can anyone help please.

Try swapping the Sim. Either a replacement or test another sim.

See how that goes first.

Hi @Aarash, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that when the device is started in the normal mode, you receive a notification that tells you that the SIM card has been removed and the device restarts, even though you haven't removed the SIM card from the device?

If that is the case and it works in safe mode, it does sound very strange as I haven't heard about any applications that can cause this but there is no easy way to tell which one of your downloaded applications that is the cause of this.

Before you start uninstalling applications and so forth, could you please test with a different SIM card in your device like @RottenFoxBreath suggested? That is probably easier than trying to find out which application is the cause and it may be the SIM card that is the cause.
