      <title>Z2 stuck on foggy screen, Sony PC companion says unlock required</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot open my Xperia Z2. It opens but gets stuck on the foggy blank screen. I connected it on pc and tried software update or software repair but it keeps on saying unlock required. Please help. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1263777"&gt;@AnKeith&lt;/A&gt;, let me see if I can help out here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1860"&gt;@nolramlb&lt;/A&gt; mentioned, It might be a good idea to try a software repair. Keep in mind though that since you cannot access the phone, you will need to click on "software repair" with the phone detached from the computer and&amp;nbsp;tick the "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" checkbox and choose "Next". After that you should be able to follow the instructions in Xperia Companion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this and feel free to keep me posted with the results!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
