Try clicking on Software Repair in Xperia Companion without having the phone plugged in to the computer, then tick the&nbsp;<SPAN>tick the "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" checkbox and choose "Next", after that you should be able follow the on-screen instructions in Xperia Companion.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>For more information on software repairs, click <A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self">here</A>.
