Hi @Maia22, I am terribly sorry to hear about this.

I am afraid that there is no way to bypass a set screen lock other than repairing the software on the phone using a computer and Xperia Companion, this due to security measures set by Google.

Keep in mind though that since you are not able to bypass the screen lock, you will need to start the repair without the phone connected to the computer and mark the checkbox named "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3". After this, simply follow the on screen instructions.

I hope that helped.

Hi. I changed and immediately forgot my screen pattern over a year ago on my xperia z2. I've tried everything; find my device (didnt work because GPS wasnt on), my xperia (discontinued a bit before I needed It), trying to unlock It over 500 times, google searchs, windows programs. Nothing worked, so I just gave up. I have inacessible only-copy data in there that i cannot lose. I have been without my phone for over a year. Please, help me!
