Hi every one,

I have an Xperia Z1 C6902, that have an issue, it reboot every time , so i wanted to repair it over Xperia compagnion but it displays an error : a problem has occured with the repair of the software : "UEVersionConnection 2.5.2.0 / Windows 7 SP1 64 bit /Win32 /FR

Is there any idea how to fix the probleme ?

Hi @RAMO123, sorry to hear about this.

There was some unexpected behaviours with Xperia Companion that has now been resolved, but you will need to uninstall Xperia Companion > download it again from the link below and you should be able to proceed with a software repair.

Before you start with the repair though, could you try and remove the SIM and/or SD cards from your device and see if the restarts continue? If either cards are defect, it can result in the device restarting.

Thanks for your support,

I've already tried to remove both sim and sd card without having results.

However, before reading your post, i have flashed it with an application named flashtool64 , and this fixed the issue.
